I use a system based on re-wiring and re-connection to support clients in the sphere of learning how to develop the more intangible aspects of Self. With the specific intention to facilitate you successfully making changes in your life to transition out of struggle and into Abundance. This 5 week course will help you to re-connect with your authenticity, gain clarity on beliefs that have been orchestrating your life and how to change those that are NOT serving you. With practical tools in-hand to develop into daily practises, you will be primed to bring your intentions into reality and begin opening up to your ability to create your most abundant and joyful life!

During the 5 week Opening to Abundance course you will be guided to:

1 - Connect lovingly with you in the present moment - exactly as you are NOW, by:

Observing your current reality and recognising where and how deeply you are operating from a state of lack or insufficiency.
Noticing how mean and judgemental you are of yourself so that you can replace the self-critic with a cheerleader internal voice.
Feeling into your emotions and current energy state.

2 - Learn a bit more about your brain so that you can:

Begin to recognise the electro-chemical processes happening in your brain and body as you experience yourself re-acting to the world and behaving in ways that are not making you (or others) happy.
Explore your belief systems and identify old ‘limitors’.
Stop living from and in the past and become more present.
Begin to make more conscious choices in life.

3 - Re-connect to your heart and authentic essence

There are parts of you that know and remember what your dreams and passions are.

A dedicated facebook group to share our experiences and support one another as we begin to open up to abundance in all forms
